Three focused hours: take a real brief from a local company, team up in groups of 2–4, build an n8n workflow and demo it to the judges.
Bring a laptop and an n8n Cloud account (or a self-hosted instance). Mentors are on the floor the whole session.

The ambassador walks through the rules, the judging criteria and three briefs from local companies.

Frequently asked questions
I've never used n8n — can I still come?
Yes. Every session includes a beginner walkthrough and mentors who sit with newcomers. Bring a laptop and one repetitive task you'd like to automate.
Is there a fee?
No. Everything the community runs is free. Venue and refreshments are covered by the host company or sponsors.
Do I need a team for the hackathon?
Not at all. Teams of 2–4 are formed on the day around the topics you're interested in. If you already have a team, list your members when you register.
What language are the sessions in?
Vietnamese is the main language. Slides and workflow templates keep the English terminology so the n8n docs stay easy to follow.
Who do I contact about speaking or sponsoring?
Email the ambassador directly using the link at the bottom of this page, with the topic or the kind of support you have in mind. Slots are usually confirmed 3–4 weeks ahead.
